To meet the lots of market demand on seafood processing industry which potential marine resources are abundant in Indonesia, Indokom Group started to operate seafood business in 2000 with PT. INDOKOM SAMUDRA PERSADA (ISP) located in Bandar Lampung, Sumatra, processing and exporting Fresh Frozen Shrimp
In 2007, the sister company, PT. INDO AMERICAN SEAFOOD (IAS) was establish, Specializing in valued added shrimp products.
Successfully running the business in Lampung, PT. GRAHAMAKMUR CIPTAPRATAMA (GMCP) was establish in End Of 2008 in Sidoarjo, East Java, processing and exporting Frozen Shrimp. Expanding the business in marine product processing, the company established Pasteurized Crabmeat processing in 2011 located in Gresik – East Java and then continued to expand the business with the same line as in Sidoarjo and adding another product such as Fish and Octopus, GMCP was establish new plant in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi in 2014.
And GMCP breakthrough products are provide another seafood product at the end of 2014, and We started to produce and exporting Canned Sardines, Mackerel, Tuna, Shrimp and Crabmeat ( Sterilization ) with location at Muncar, Banyuwangi, East Java for market to USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
In 2013, INDOKOM SEAFOOD GROUP took over a fishing vessel company and The facility is now operating under the name PT. West Irian Fishing Industries (WIFI) and PT. Industrial Marine Product Development (IMPD). Presently, we have 9 fishing vessels operation to support the facilities production.
The products which are adapt to the needs for the market, export mainly to United States of America, Japan and some countries in Europe. All business operation, integrated system is strictly applied within the whole frame of the business, Company - Feed - Ponds - Processing, ensuring the readiness of high quality of raw materials. We adopted the international quality systems standard from EU, Japan, USFDA and is accredited with HACCP, GMP, ISO, BRC and BAP/GAA. We implement quality assurance programs and address any issues in quality control, inspection and safety in all our processing plants including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point ( HACCP ) system, which is recognized as the best system for assuring safety and filtering the quality of sea foods products
